Jon from Garfield drinks dog semen?

Am I the only one completely baffled by this comic? Shouldn't Garfield be aware that drinking semen doesn't make you pregnent? Does this mean that Liz is *really* fucked up? I'm suprised that this didn't get any complaints from parents. Surely injesting dog semen isn't kosher.
